Dr. Emanuel Prinz is a globally recognized movement coach, author, researcher, and trainer specializing in disciple-making movements and catalytic leadership. He has served in missions for more than 25 years and is widely regarded as an expert on movement catalysts and how they form and multiply leaders and churches.

Emanuel partnered with God to launch a disciple-making movement among an unengaged Muslim people group in North Africa and today uses that experience to equip ministries and leaders worldwide. He coaches organizational and movement leaders, mentors cohorts of movement catalysts, and helps design leadership development and training programs.

He created signature training programs such as EXPONENTIAL Disciple-Making and Church Planting and MOVES – The Movement Coaching Training, which have trained tens of thousands of leaders across more than fifty countries.

Dr. Prinz is the author of several books, including Movement Catalysts and What Actually Starts Movements, and his work is grounded in extensive global research into movements, including studies of more than 147 movements worldwide. He also publishes resources and insights through his blog and Substack.

He holds degrees in theology, leadership, and education, has taught at institutions such as Columbia International University and Bethany Global University, and continues to pursue doctoral research. Dr. Prinz lives in London with his family and is committed above all to loving God deeply and empowering others to join in kingdom movements.
